The Clubs and Events Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering student engagement, enhancing campus life, and supporting the development of a vibrant student community. This position is responsible for coordinating student-focused events and activities run by the Guild and providing administrative and operational support to student clubs and societies, growing the number of clubs on campus and the number of students engaged in club activities. The role involves close collaboration with students, Guild staff, and external stakeholders to ensure events and club activities are impactful, inclusive, and aligned with the Guild’s mission and goals.

This position may be located on either our Toowoomba, Ipswich or Springfield campus, some travel within the region may be required and occasional evening/weekend attendance at events will be expected in the role.
