We’re a well-established, multi-trade team keeping commercial and residential sites across South East QLD running safely and smoothly. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a switched-on Operations Coordinator who loves pace, precision and people.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the nerve centre of our day: fielding calls, triaging requests, building rock-solid schedules and keeping technicians, clients and managers aligned. If you thrive on juggling priorities, spotting smarter ways to work and delivering five-star service, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do

Own the first impression: answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth.

Triage and book quotes/jobs, prioritising by urgency and location to minimise downtime.

Enter accurate job details so works flow and invoices don’t stall.

Coordinate daily with Maintenance Managers to nip issues in the bud.

Book required equipment/materials for works and ensure paperwork is complete.

Plan technician routes and allocate jobs for maximum field efficiency.

Handle escalations and keep stakeholders updated—no surprises.

Build strong, friendly relationships with clients, trades and suppliers.

Champion process improvements that lift speed, accuracy and customer experience.

What you’ll bring

Experience with simPRO is a big plus.

3+ years in a fast-paced office; scheduling/operations experience highly regarded.

Clear, confident communicator—written and verbal.

Eagle-eye for detail and data accuracy.

Calm under pressure; excellent at prioritising competing demands.

Friendly, team-first attitude with strong stakeholder rapport skills.
