We have two exciting opportunities available within a busy and supportive team:

• Senior Maintenance Coordinator – for someone ready to step up, take ownership and lead the way on coordinating commercial maintenance jobs.
• Assistant Maintenance Coordinator – ideal for someone looking to build experience, learn from the best and grow their career in construction/projects.

Both roles are fast-paced, client-focused and pivotal in ensuring maintenance jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

The role at a glance

• Liaise with commercial clients to take detailed job briefs
• Create jobs in the internal system and update client details
• Determine required trades and allocate subcontractors
• Book jobs, coordinate schedules and keep clients informed
• Support Project Managers, Project Admins and fellow Coordinators
• Perform associated admin duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

What we’re looking for

• Proven admin experience (construction/trades ideal) OR transferable skills from customer service, retail, hospitality
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities
• Strong communicator who enjoys problem solving
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence with MS Office and ability to pick up new systems quickly
• For the Senior role – proven coordination experience and ability to take ownership of jobs from start to finish
