About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Post-Settlement Coordinator to join our growing team at First Home Specialists. You’ll take over once our clients go to contract ensuring nothing slips through the cracks as they move through their home-building journey.

You’ll work behind the scenes to coordinate between builders, brokers, and clients making sure everything runs smoothly, payments are made on time, and milestones are met.

We’re open to either full-time or part-time applicants (including school-friendly hours), and are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and gets things done.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with builders and brokers to keep construction timelines on track

Submit builder claims and monitor required documentation

Track deposits and ensure progress payments are made on time

Keep clients informed and supported throughout their journey

Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)

Liaise with finance, contracts, and leadership to escalate issues where needed

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in admin, operations, contracts, or client services

Strong organisational skills — you love structure, checklists and follow-up

Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to chase people up

Comfortable working independently and managing priorities

Strong attention to detail, especially with time-sensitive documentation

CRM experience (especially HubSpot) is a bonus
