What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain a stable portfolio of 80–100 commercial properties
• Actively seek and secure new managements to help scale the business
• Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals, inspections, and handle arrears
• Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Oversee maintenance, budgets, forecasts, fit-outs, and make-good processes
• Work closely with agents, contractors, and legal teams to drive commercial outcomes
• Contribute to refining systems and processes as the agency grows

Who We’re Looking For
You have experience managing commercial property. Whether that’s industrial, retail, or office. You’re confident with lease management, relationship building, and thinking strategically about portfolio performance and growth.

You’ll also bring:

• A background in commercial property management
• Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills
• A proactive approach to business development
• A current Real Estate Certificate or License
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
