We’re looking for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager who wants to grow and develop into a confident and capable property professional.

This is a long-term role with plenty of growth and development potential. You’ll work directly alongside an experienced Commercial Property Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio across Sydney NSW.

Motivated to learn and grow – you’re proactive, curious and eager to develop both your skills and our department.

Confident communicator – you engage professionally and effectively with tenants, clients and contractors.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.

Assisting with lease administration, maintenance coordination and financial reporting.

Preparing budgets and reports to track the performance of assets.

Advertising properties using digital media.

Learning directly from a senior property manager and stepping up as you gain confidence.

What you’ll bring:

Some experience in property management with a valid Certificate of Registration (or close to completing).

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Professional presentation and a client-first mindset.

Current driver’s licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle.

Knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market (preferred).

Relevant degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline (preferred).
