Join a dynamic property group managing a growing commercial portfolio! An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Asset Manager & Serviced Office Manager to take the lead in managing both a diverse commercial property portfolio and a serviced office business based in Parramatta. We’re looking for someone commercially savvy, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of operations, leasing, and performance.

About the Role

In this multifaceted position, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of commercial properties
• Managing lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and capital works
• Monitoring asset performance and driving profitability
• Managing serviced office operations and client experience
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

About You

• Previous experience in asset or property management (commercial preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Confidence using property management software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation
