The Role

This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Day to day management of a portfolio of commercial properties

Develop and maintain networks with landlords, tenants and contractors

Conduct lease reviews

Implement work orders and site inspections

Maintain a high level of legislative obligations with respect to property management

Maintain accurate records of property management and maintenance

Prepare all necessary paperwork including leases, deeds, contracts of sales/lease

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have the following;

Current Class C Drivers Licence

Highly developed business relationship development and maintenance skills

Ability to deal effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent time management skills

Proficient in use of software systems including MS office, web based products and information management systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Well-presented and organised with the ability to prioritise multiple projects

Locations: 2640
Contracted Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
Salary Range: 80 - 85k plus super + 8k or car and phone allowance
Commencement Date: ASAP

Desirable:

Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)

REI NSW Certificate of Registration

Prior experience in Property Management or a related position

This position is ideally suited to a candidate with either a banking, legal, accounting or building background, that has a real interest in Commercial property.
