Talent Butler has teamed up with an international property investment group who are on the lookout for a switched-on and ambitious Property Manager to join their Sydney CBD team. If you’ve got commercial property experience and want to step into a role that will keep you challenged and growing, this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of prime Sydney CBD office and retail assets
• Keeping on top of maintenance issues with property managers and agencies
• Teaming up with leasing agents for inspections and lease negotiations
• Being the go-to person for company directors on property matters
• Pulling together updates and reports for management in Asia

What we’re looking for:

• Some commercial property management experience is a must (whether you’ve managed assets directly, worked in lease admin, or as an Assistant PM)
• Clear communicator; confident, professional, and approachable
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep things moving smoothly
• A natural problem solver who can juggle multiple priorities
• Beneficial if you’ve had exposure to project work (like lobby upgrades or EOT facilities)
• Bonus points if you can speak Cantonese or Mandarin as the role has some exposure to the team in Hong Kong.
