Knapp Property Group are seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, joining our property management team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.

Duties & responsibilities:

Arrange and conduct efficient inspections with tenants and contractors

Manage rent monies, ensure accurate receipting, and handle invoices

Liaise with contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and timely resolution of issues

Maintain important registers such as AFSS register, tenant bond, and insurance registers

Prepare comprehensive property inspection reports for incoming and outgoing tenants

Enter leases into real estate software, manage accounts payable and invoice reconciliation

Answer phone and email enquiries with a professional manner

Assist with end-of-month duties and report writing

Charge tenants with individual monthly or quarterly outgoings (e.g., water, cleaning, council rates)

Experience & attributes:

Experience in either commercial or residential property management

Strong understanding of accounts and financial processes

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent's Licence in good standing

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency working in MYOB systems

Proficiency working in Re-Leased

Meticulous attention to detail

High level of competence in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

A friendly, outgoing, and proactive approach to work

Genuine interest in the property world with a desire to grow within the business

Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle for property inspections
