The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Reservation Manager to be the go-to person for all things guest and owner-related across our weekend and busier periods. You’ll be managing reservations, taking calls, responding to messages, and working with our maintenance and cleaning teams to make sure every stay runs smoothly.

This is a senior role where we need someone who can hit the ground running – not just “answer the phone,” but really understand the flow of the accommodation industry and keep things moving.

You’ll be based in our Belmont office:

Fridays – supported by the full team.

Saturdays & Sundays – supported in the afternoons by a junior staff member.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing guest reservations and owner enquiries.

Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.

Handling calls, emails, and messages like a pro.

Problem-solving on the fly (because things don’t always go to plan in hospitality!).

Bringing your industry experience to make things easier, smoother, and smarter.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in hotels, motels, or holiday parks (must-have).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently but also love being part of a team.

Someone who thrives on variety and fast-paced problem-solving.

Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in revenue management or corporate travel.

The Details

Part-Time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Location: Belmont, Geelong (office-based)

Rate: $35-45 per hour base dependant on experience. Weekend and public holiday penalty rates apply also.
