Part-Time Colour Consultant & Administration Assistant Wanted

Are you passionate about colour, design, and customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a creative and organised individual to join our team as a Part-Time Colour Consultant & Administration Assistant.

About the Role:

This is a dual role offering variety and flexibility – perfect for someone who loves helping clients bring their vision to life and also enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes in a well established, family owned, kitchen design and manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised colour and product advice to clients

Assist with showroom consultations

Maintain product knowledge of colour trends and finishes

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in person

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and filing

Support the team with stock management and ordering

Hours:

Part-Time: 18-20 hours per week

Over 3 days

You’ll Need:

A keen eye for colour, design, and detail

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Confidence using computer systems (email, spreadsheets, basic office software)

Experience in interior design, colour consulting, or a related field (preferred but not essential)

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
