Tutoring Centre Manager (Part-Time, Evenings – 20 hrs)

We’re looking for a part-time Tutoring Centre Manager who can support our tutors and families in the evenings, ensuring classes run smoothly and parents feel supported – all while working remotely.

✅ The Role

20 hours per week (structured and consistent)

Fully remote – work from home

Evening hours: 4:00–8:00 p.m (Monday to Friday)

Support tutors with scheduling, training, and class coverage

Liaise with parents and students to ensure a smooth learning experience

Monitor retention and engagement – help students thrive

👩‍💼 Who We’re Looking For

People with experience in education, customer service, or operations (school admin, tutoring centre staff, team leads, etc.)

Clear and professional communicator – confident speaking with both tutors and parents

Highly organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail

Comfortable with tech (Zoom, spreadsheets, CRMs or similar)

Looking for a consistent part-time role – not just a casual side gig
