DYFA Group offers commercial, residential and maintenance plumbing and electrical services throughout Queensland. With over 50 tradesmen we are able to help 1000's of customers per year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive person to drive the performance and raise our standards even higher for customer service, contract and general administration!

About you:

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum 4-5 years customer service or sales experience, and exposure to service industries would be a distinct advantage.

You’ll need to be great on the phones with communicating with our clients and our trades people.

You will enjoy talking to people and building relationships longer term.

And you'll take pride in your work and delivering outstanding service to your clients.

Also have the ability to guide others in the team to maximise their customer service abilities.

Your IT literacy should be mid to high level with familiarisation with the Office suite, and online programs including Xero, Dropbox, and experience in CRM and marketing automation though not mandatory, would be a distinct advantage.

Duties will include:

Manage our contract administration with large service contracts. Accurate details and various modes of communication for scheduling of jobs.

Work within an Admin team for managing Plumbers, Electricians and Carpenters to support them in having a productive day.

Accounts Experience both Payable and Receivable is preferred.

Bank Reconciliation in Xero and basic function of Xero

Handle customer complaints and warranty issues turning these into opportunities for us to perform even better.
