We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team for an immediate start.

You will be responsible for:

Responding to customer inquiries and general queries in a timely and accurate manner.

Managing incoming calls

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Check driver run sheets

Performing data entry and other administrative tasks

Working collaboratively with our transport operations team to ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of jobs.

General office support

About You:

Experience using ‘Maximus’ system – Desirable

Experience in using 1-Stop and Container Chain an advantage

Container transport experience – import and export shipments

Excellent customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner.

A 'can-do' attitude with confident interpersonal skills, forward thinking capabilities and ability to work both autonomously and within a busy team environment.

High organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)

Ability to multitask and work as part of a team

Previous experience in an Office Administrator role will be highly regarded
