As our Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers from sale to installation.

You will:

Nurture customers through each step of their journey

Ensure a seamless and timely installation experience

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams

This role requires:

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong time management & organisation
