As a full-time Customer Service Officer at Limitless Wealth Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing client base. Working in our Southport office, this role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive a seamless and positive experience when engaging with our company.

What you’ll be doing:

Your primary role will be to work closely with the Financial Planner to provide excellent customer service and administrative support

Prepare and organise client documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Schedule appointments and reviews on behalf of your adviser

Liaising with clients to request and follow up required information

Maintain client databases and update records as necessary (Adviser Logic).

Process and track client insurance applications, forms, and paperwork.

Handle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years experience in a client service role (financial planning or banking).

Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties.

Experience with Adviser Logic CRM highly regarded

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to work autonomously.
