The Marketing Co-Ordinator will be responsible but not limited to the following:

• Managing and regularly updating multiple social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Oversee EDM
• Responsible for all digital marketing, e-mail marketing program and CRM management
• First point of contact for all creative suppliers and media
• Work with agents on ad-hoc marketing programs and campaigns from developing strategies to implementation
• Assist Operations Manager with Staff Events when required
• Assist with training on marketing programs and software (i.e. InDesign, CRM, e-marketing)
• Keep the website up to date
• Help to review Google Analytics and various platforms to ensure campaigns

About You - To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:

• 2-3 years Marketing qualification
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail is essential
• Organised and Agile – can be flexible when workload or priorities need to change
• Creative capabilities
• Experience in Digital marketing , using InDesign, Canva, CRM, CMS, and Analytic Reporting Tools
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite
