About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney team full-time. In this role, you will help drive the growth of our business by developing and executing tailored marketing strategies, creating bespoke branding and merchandise solutions, and supporting the full client journey, from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that support business and sales growth

● Conduct market and competitor research to identify client opportunities and new product gaps

● Create branding and merchandise concepts tailored to individual client needs

● Design marketing and presentation materials using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office

● Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social, web)

● Liaise with external suppliers and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of branded products

● Support the sales process by managing quotes, follow-ups, and tracking client engagement

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction from concept to final delivery

● Manage lead generation and targeting through HubSpot and other CRM tools

● Collaborate with developers to improve the website and enhance digital presence (SEO, UX, analytics)

Skills & Experience

● Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role

● Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Psychology

● Strong background in branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution

● Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office

● Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems

● Excellent communication, project management, and client service skills

● Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
