About the Role

Spicy Pilates Teacher Training is on a mission to become the world’s leading online Pilates teacher training platform—and we’re looking for a marketing powerhouse to help us make it happen. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll own the entire marketing function, shaping our brand voice, driving sales, and fuelling organic growth. We’re a small, ambitious team with big dreams, and this is your opportunity to make a massive impact.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the brand charge: Drive marketing initiatives to grow exposure and revenue

Create scroll-stopping content: Build and execute a content strategy that makes Spicy Pilates impossible to ignore

Run the show: Manage your workload, priotitise your tasks, and hit every deadline while reporting directly to the GM

Build powerhouse partnerships: Cultivate relationships with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business goals

Keep communication seamless: Ensure every project flows smoothly and efficiently

Bring campaigns to life: Plan and oversee photo/video shoots, styling, talent sourcing, and day-of creative support

Design and execute sales ads whilst managing a set ad-spend budget

About You

We want a self-starter who thrives on creativity and strategy:

Skilled in Canva, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Meta Marketing, and Kajabi (HubSpot experience = extra credit!)

A stellar communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills

Highly organised, proactive, and driven to deliver outstanding results

Degree-qualified in marketing or business (preferred but not essential)

3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in wellness, fitness, or a creative industry
