About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Administration Assistant to join our team. This full-time role offers variety, responsibility, and long-term career growth.
Reporting directly to management, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing activities, helping us deliver professional campaigns, and strengthening our brand presence. You’ll also assist the administration team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who is looking to step into a role that blends marketing and office support.
For the right person, this role offers genuine career progression — with the chance to step up to Office Manager and a package of $85K – $100K plus super and bonuses following performance review.
Key Duties
Assist in the development and roll-out of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Write and update content for our website, social media, email newsletters, and client communications.
Coordinate photoshoots of plant installations and new product ranges.
Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Provide administrative support as greeting clients, answering enquiries, email communications including consultants scheduling, proposal preparation, and design project tracking.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
Current Driver's License & own a car is essential, because our office is located in Sydney Eastern Suburbs (Matraville). Limited public transports.
