Elliatt is a designer womens wear brand stocked around the world in leading department stores such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Revolve and Myer, as well as an established and fast growing direct to consumer E-commerce store. We are looking for a talented person to help bring the brands vision to life across various marketing platforms.

The Graphic Designer is a key creative force within Elliatt, shaping how our brand is seen and experienced across every customer touchpoint. This role blends design expertise with marketing execution to deliver campaigns that are impactful, consistent, and fashion forward. Working closely with the ecommerce, PR, wholesale, and social teams, you will bring ideas to life through engaging visual content, streamlined workflows, and storytelling that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities;

Creative & Design

- Design and manage all website creative, including homepage banners, campaign

features, and promotional graphics.

-Produce compelling graphic and video content for campaigns, ecommerce,

wholesale, and paid media.

-Develop wholesale collection selling packs and presentation materials.

-Manage creative asset folders for agencies, ensuring timely delivery of high quality

campaign, influencer, and lifestyle content.

Email Marketing (EDMs)

-Lead the weekly EDM strategy in alignment with business objectives.

-Source and curate content from campaigns, lookbooks, influencers, and in house

creative.

-Conduct competitor analysis and continually evolve dynamic, on brand templates.

-Manage audience segmentation and A/B testing to optimize engagement and

conversion.

Social Media Content Creation

-Conceptualize and design Instagram Story sets

-Prepare social content assets for approvals.

-Collaborate with the PR CoOrdinator to plan and execute Instagram and TikTok content.

-Distribute weekly content to international B2B channels

Campaign, Events & Shoots

-Assist on campaign and lifestyle shoots, ensuring creative outputs align with brand

direction.

-Oversee post-production workflows, including in-house retouching and offshore

retouching management.

-Edit video content into versatile formats for social and paid media.

-Create digital assets for events including invitations, signage, and collateral. Manage

delivery of campaign assets (video and imagery), ensuring they are on time and on

brand.

Content Management & Reporting

-Retouch, format, and prepare campaign imagery for multiple channels.

-Organize and distribute assets for internal and external stakeholders.

-Provide weekly EDM performance updates ahead of trade meetings.

-Contribute to monthly reports with visual recaps and actionable insights to guide

future strategies.

About You

-A creative thinker with a strong eye for design, detail, and storytelling.

-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

-Skilled in EDM platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and social media content creation.

-Video editing ability (CapCut, TikTok).

-Highly organized with excellent project management skills, balancing multiple

deadlines with ease.

-Passionate about fashion, brand building, and creating content that inspires and

connects with audiences.
