Help amplify impact for people moving from crisis to stability.
CASA is a not-for-profit housing and homelessness support provider in the Mackay region. Grants and sponsorships help us give more back to the community—expanding services, deepening support, and scaling what works.
The Opportunity
Lead stakeholder engagement, deliver community events, secure funding (grants and corporate sponsorships), and own CASA’s day-to-day communications—socials, website, and marketing materials (flyers, brochures, AGM reports, and more). Strong Canva skills are essential.
What You’ll Do

Manage grant agreements, milestones, acquittals and impact reporting; maintain a tidy pipeline/CRM.
Media, Marketing & Content
Own the content calendar and publish across Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn.
Create clear, on-brand content: posts, newsletters, case studies, announcements.
Maintain and update the CASA website in Wix—news posts, pages, and basic site edits.
Design and produce marketing materials in Canva (flyers, posters, brochures, factsheets); maintain brand kit and templates.
Lead production of the AGM report and other flagship publications.
Track engagement and optimise using basic analytics (e.g., Meta/Google).
