About the Role
As our Tenancy Resource Officer you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with community housing providers, government services, real estate agents, landlords, and other key stakeholders. You'll be the voice for clients at inter-agency meetings and community forums, promoting tenancy sustainment and advocating for those at risk of or experiencing homelessness through our HomeStay Program.
Your role involves individual case management, housing access support, advocacy, and capacity building - all aimed at empowering clients and supporting long-term housing stability.

About You:
- You are passionate about supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness
- You understand housing systems (public, community, private)
- You build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- You are confident and communicate clearly
- You value diversity and work respectfully with all backgrounds
- You can work independently and as part of a team
- You are flexible and willing to travel between Stanthorpe and Warwick
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Tenancy Coordination, Property Management, or similar field and/or equivalent practical experience.
- Current Blue Card
- Current National Police Certificate
- Current driver licence and your own, reliable vehicle
