About the role:
The Executive Support Officer (ESO) provides high quality, effective, efficient, professional and confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Director and other members of the Executive Management Team (as required). The Executive Director Workforce is physically located in Workforce Division in Sterling Place.
About you:
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
- Manage and organise all aspects of the office of the relevant Executive Director/Executive Officer through the provision of efficient, effective and confidential executive and administrative support services.
- Coordinate and manage the workload priorities and commitments of the Executive Director/Officer, through diary and correspondence management, including appropriate tracking and monitoring of deadlines.
- Liaise and communicate effectively (both in writing and verbally) to facilitate interaction between the Executive Director/Officer and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including other executive and senior officers.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
