About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for community members — answering questions, solving problems and delivering information with clarity and care across phone, email, counter and digital channels.
We're currently recruiting for:
Permanent and Temporary positions: Customer Service Officer | Toowoomba Regional Council
Casual positions: Customer Service Officer | Toowoomba Regional Council
Location preference will be discussed with successful applicants, with options being Toowoomba, Oakey, Goombungee, Highfields, Crows Nest, Clifton, Pittsworth, and Millmerran.
Hourly rate:
$41.90 - $45.07 + 17.5% annual leave loading + up to 12.65% super
$52.38 - $56.34 (including 25% casual loading) + up to 12.65% super

What You’ll Bring

You must be available to complete an initial 6 weeks of full-time training in Toowoomba’s CBD.
Previous experience in customer service is highly regarded.
