The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of a strong work ethic and have the ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously. This role is ideal for someone hungry who is looking to lead and continue their growth within the property industry.

About the Role

Managing a portfolio of 130 with assistance

Effectively manage Landlord and Tenant communication

Oversee in-going, out-going process, with assistance

Oversee junior who will complete your routines for you

Relationship building with landlords

Arrears management

Manage all lease renewal negotiations

About You

To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:

Minimum 4 years plus property management experience

Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment

Current Real Estate Agent License or Certificate of Registration

Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle

Strong customer service focus

A positive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Local area knowledge

Lead by example and provide direction to property managers
