We’re seeking an experienced Scaffold Supervisor to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to make a real impact on high-profile projects.

About the role As the Scaffold Supervisor, you’ll take charge of scaffolding operations across building, civil, and maintenance projects. You’ll ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a small team and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, dismantling, inspections, and certifications
• Lead and mentor scaffolders, ensuring WHS compliance and safe practices
• Oversee day-to-day scaffolding operations, scheduling, and resource planning
• Monitor quality, safety, cost, and timelines across multiple projects
• Provide technical input on construction methods and problem-solving
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to deliver outcomes

What we’re looking for

• Trade qualification in scaffolding, carpentry, stonemasonry, or similar
• Strong scaffolding experience, including supervision and certification
• Excellent knowledge of Work Health & Safety legislation
• Ability to manage resources, schedules, and site risks effectively
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and flexibility to travel as required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
