APG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Administration office for a 3-month assignment based in Sydney CBD.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Workplace Experience Officer provides a high standard of customer experience supporting our people, visitors and guests with a broad range of business services and general office support across all iCare corporate office locations.
The Workplace Experience Officer undertakes operational and administrative workplace activities including but not limited to regional office services, Reception and Concierge services, mail room management, security and building access control, visitor registration, meeting room management and general office support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a range of administrative and office support services which may include filing and records management, mail receipt and sorting, external courier bookings and deliveries, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of data, statistics and reports to support the smooth running of the office activities.
- Meet, greet and assist a range of stakeholders including icare employees, guests, customers and other visitors (including contractors). Maintain a high standard of presentation and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate and deliver the management of multiple meeting rooms including technology operation, support events and organisation of catering.
- Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person, ensuring an accurate, customer focused and timely response, escalating to the appropriate person as required.
- Coordinate the resolution of workplace experience issues ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain and monitor security access pass, visitor registration, alarm systems and databases.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external access to the main offices and provide security and safety instructions / induction and direction to visitors, contractors and service providers.
- Enable the efficient delivery of workplace services. This includes arranging meeting room configurations, ordering and delivery of catering requests, maintaining consumables and general upkeep of kitchens and print rooms.
- Develop and maintain a sound understanding of relevant policies and procedures in order to provide accurate information on the range of enquiries relevant to the functions of the team.
- Support the Property team with administration and coordinating maintenance and building related issues and to be a point of contact for contractor and service providers when required.
- Support the Employee Services team with overflow support for a range basic operational HR transactions when required.
- Support Workplace and Wellbeing initiatives and projects as required.
Experience
- Capacity to complete manual tasks and spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking.
- A range of experience in providing office support services in a busy office environment.
