Resort administration requiring the processing of online bookings, email responses and eftpos payments.
Minimum 2+ years of office administration experience required.
There is no initial contact with the guests as their check in is via an automated check-in key system.
Hours are from 8.00am to finish, which will probably be anywhere from 12.30 to 2.00pm.
This role operates on flexible days of the week.
We have our own booking system, and also take bookings from agents. Applicants must have extensive experience (5yrs +) within a Resort/Hospitality office environment with checkable references.
Experience with resort booking systems is essential for this role.
Candidates must possess any relevant certificate or qualification to support their application.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Must be proficient with customer service on the phone, using Internet, Facebook, Microsoft Office and Eftpos payments.
Facebook experience must include business page management capabilities.
