Stock Co-ordinator and Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Stock Co-ordinator and Office Administrator. This is a dynamic dual-role position that combines inventory management with administrative support, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and has a keen eye for detail.
Key responsibilities:
Stock control:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Receive, inspect and record incoming stock.
Manage invoices, data entry and reporting as necessary.
Conduct regular stocktakes and resolve discrepancies.
Liaise with supplers regarding orders, deliveries and returns.
Office administration:
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Manage incoming calls, emails and general correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
About you:
Previous experience in stock control and office administration.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
