We're looking for a proactive and personable Office & Accounts Administrator to support our Finance Officer and to help keeping our office running smoothly. What you'll do
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping things organised and on track, with responsibilities including:
Financial Administration
Monitor and process customer payments, reconcile accounts, and update debtors.
Enter accounts payable invoices.
Process EFT transactions and follow up on outstanding or rejected invoices.
A minimum of 12 months bookkeeping or finance administration experience is essential for this role.
Office & General Administration
Manage incoming emails (including Pronto alerts, invoices, and remittances).
Maintain delivery dockets, scan material inwards documentation, and handle credit applications.
Organise occasional office supplies and grocery orders (yes — even making sure fruit is stocked for the team!).
Provide overflow call support for the sales team.
Update and manage sales-related portals (QA systems, credit information).
