My Slice of Life Transport and Services (MSOLTS) is a vibrant and growing team of passionate mental health and disability support professionals. We specialise in complex mental health, NDIS disability support, and transport services across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner City of Sydney.
Due to participant preference, we are currently seeking reliable Disability Support Workers to join our supportive and dedicated team.
About the Role:
We are looking for confident, adaptable, and reliable support workers who can engage with clients across a variety of needs — including individuals transitioning from the justice system.
This is a rewarding and flexible casual role, ideal for someone who thrives on building positive relationships and supporting participants to live more independently.
You will also be involved in assisting clients to secure accommodation, access community programs, and develop daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and daily living support
Supporting clients in the community.
Transport clients to appointments and activities
Support clients with mental health and behavioural challenges
Work flexible days, including split shifts and weekends
Requirements:
Reliable Support Worker
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Disability Support Worker
Current Australian driver's licence and own reliable, insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
First Aid & CPR Certificate (desirable)
Mental health experience or background working with justice-involved individuals highly regarded
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Willingness to participate in both face-to-face and online training programs
Current National Police Check and Working with Children (WWC) Check are mandatory
