What You'll Be Doing
As a Disability Support Worker with SEDM, you will:

Support clients with daily living, personal care, and social participation

Work with individuals with complex or high-care needs

Encourage client independence and assist them in reaching their goals

Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and support coordinators

Accurately record shift notes via our mobile app

Attend client-specific training and team meetings

Available for regular, ongoing shifts, Various Locations around Sydney

Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility

You’ll need:

A reliable car and valid driver’s licence

Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check

A qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care (highly regarded but not essential)
