Disability Support Worker (Female) – Gosford/ Central Coast.

Hourly Rate: $35 – $45 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for experienced, caring and reliable Disability Support Workers Female to join our team in Gosford. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

Assist with daily living tasks and personal care

Support clients to engage in community activities and achieve their personal goals

Provide companionship and build positive relationships

Encourage independence and wellbeing

Maintain accurate notes and records

Be available for a variety of shifts including day, evening, weekend and sleepover shifts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 1 year experience in disability, aged care or community support

Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar (highly regarded)

Current First Aid & CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
