Key Responsibilities

Minimum 5+ years of administration or office management experience required
Prior experience with ERP systems (AroFlo, Beams, or similar) is preferred
Australian citizenship required for this position
Serve as the first point of contact; handling client and supplier communication with professionalism and care
Manage office workflows: maintain systems, handle purchase orders, coordinate material ordering, and manage office supplies
Assist the director and finance team with project admin, accounts reconciliation, payroll, onboarding, and compliance documentation via various platforms
Support project scheduling, tracking, and invoicing readiness
Ensure continuity and high service standards by liaising closely with trades staff and field teams
Improve administrative procedures and optimise office efficiency through strong organisational skills.
