We are two busy, family-owned cleaning businesses based in Margaret River, Busselton, Dunsborough and surrounds, specialising in domestic cleans, short-stay accommodation, and commercial cleaning. With both SeaSponge Cleaning & Maintenance and Bay Cleaning Services growing quickly, we’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Manager / Administrator to join our team.
🌟 About the Role
This is a hands-on role that will see you managing the day-to-day administration of both businesses, with support of two Head Housekeepers. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and staff, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating schedules and managing rosters (using ServiceM8)
Handling client enquiries and bookings (phone, email, social media)
Overseeing payroll and timesheet entry
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
Preparing invoices, managing accounts, and maintaining records
Client communications
Providing support to management and assisting with growth projects
🙌 About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, or willingness to learn ServiceM8)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and proactive — you’ll be the problem-solver for our clients and staff
Experience in administration, office management, or within the cleaning/hospitality industry will be highly regarded.

Location: Margaret River region (covering both businesses)
Type: Full-time (flexible for the right candidate)
