We are a well-established automotive workshop based in Canning Vale, committed to delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs. We are looking for a dynamic and organised Office Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Job Description:
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the workshop. Your strong customer service skills will be key in providing an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting both the front and back-end operations of the business, ensuring everything from bookings to invoicing runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, including scheduling bookings, managing customer inquiries, and processing payments.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Support with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and basic financial tracking.
Assistance with payroll.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in an automotive or trades-related environment. This is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with office software (MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.), and experience with workshop management software such as Autocare is a plus.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with invoicing is highly desirable.
