At Little Bright Explorers, we believe in nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. With our well-established early learning centre and exciting plans to expand with a new centre opening soon, we are growing rapidly and seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our leadership team.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our centres, supporting the General Manager with professional, efficient, and people-focused administrative management.
The Role
As our Office Manager, you will:
Oversee and coordinate office administration, systems, and resources.
Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff records, payroll coordination, and performance support.
Support financial administration including invoicing, budgets, and record-keeping.
Handle enrolment inquiries and provide professional support to families.
Ensure that centres’ equipment, resources, and supplies are well-maintained and adequately stocked
Liaise with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and workplace health and safety standards.
Contribute to planning and streamlining of admin and HR processes across both our current and new centres.
About You
We are looking for a professional with:
Previous office management or senior administrative experience, ideally within the education sector – early childhood or child-focused services highly regarded.
Strong organisational and people management skills, with the ability to oversee staff performance and allocate resources effectively.
Experience supporting financial administration and managing records and systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with staff, families, and external stakeholders.
A qualification in Teaching, Business Management, or a related field (minimum Diploma level) is highly desirable.
