Main Duties / Responsibilities’

• Managing a portfolio of cleaning clients across the located state and interstate (as required) adhering to Bayton’s QEHS Management System accredited against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHS standards

• Forecasting and management of reporting deliverables including setting KPI’s for the Operations team

• Client relationship management and development

• Contract management ensuring SLA’s and QEHS deliverables are being met

• Contractor and service provider management to ensure delivery of service

• Quality reporting, auditing and assisting with operational issues

• Business development and generation of sales through upselling services

• Maintain, track and set budgets for each site

• Timesheet approvals and management

• Allocate and distribute machinery and materials

• Facilitate Employee development planning, appraisals, feedback and review

• Liaise with the National Sales Manager regarding potential opportunities;

• Continuously improves all aspects of performance

Skills & Experience

• Proven 10 years’ experience as an Operations Manager in the services industry

• Experience managing and leading a diverse team

• Excellent customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Proficient Vendor / Contractor liaison experience

• Proven experience coordinating complex deliverables

• Proficient use of technology, including MS Outlook, Excel

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in upselling/sales

• Cleaning experience advantageous
