Accounts Clerk position in a team of 7 - AP based

The Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a full time Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team. Responsibilities will include:

Accounts Payable

Matching invoices to purchase orders

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors

Reconcile credit card statements

Preparation of creditor pay runs

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

Accounts Payable experience essential

Construction industry experience highly regarded however not essential

Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills

Experience with Jobpac or Salesforce highly regarded
