The Role
This newly created Finance Officer position is a key part of a growing finance team. Working in a close-knit environment, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processes and contribute to the smooth operation of the company’s financial activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable and receivable function
• Take ownership of expense claims and ensure accurate data entry
• Support month-end processes, including reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and team projects
• Maintain accurate financial records in Xero

Your Profile

• Prior experience in a similar role, or recent completion of accounting/finance studies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Xero and Excel is highly desirable
