The Role

As a Finance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions and reporting through:

• Processing invoices, preparing batch payments, and reconciling creditor statements.
• AR duties, managing related party transactions.
• Compiling and maintaining weekly accounts payable reports.
• Assisting in the transition from manual to electronic approval systems.
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries.
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks.

About You

• At least 12 months of experience in a finance-related role.
• Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
