You don’t need years of experience - however if you have data entry or accounts exposure it would be ideal. Most importantly you will have a love of accuracy and the right attitude, full training will be provided.

The role at a glance

• High-volume data entry of invoices across varying values
• Create purchase orders and assist with accounts receivable (bill allocation to jobs)
• Set up projects in the system and support the Maintenance Manager with reporting
• Provide ad hoc administration support across different divisions

What we’re looking for

• Data entry/accounts experience preferred and a passion for accuracy
• Fast and accurate typing with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow your career in projects/construction
