About the Role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of AP, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all processes. You'll work closely with the finance team and wider business to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-function Accounts Payable - processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments
  
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating variances
  
• Managing supplier relationships and handling queries
  
• Assisting with month-end close, accruals, and reporting
  
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  

About You

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role (full-function)
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-first approach
  
• Proficiency in accounting systems and intermediate Excel skills
  
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
