The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Professional who’s hungry to break records and achieve beyond what most people think possible. You’ll be part of our HQ team in Byron Bay, connecting with business owners and showing them how UpScale can transform their lives.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ proven sales experience (phone-based sales highly regarded)

Based in Byron Bay (or Byron Bay)

Trade experience or knowledge of tradies a bonus

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Strong customer service background

High levels of self-motivation and resilience

A genuine passion to make a difference in people’s lives
