Your Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales through consultative selling

Conduct showroom consultations and on-site visits

Provide preliminary quotations and work with our technical team on custom designs

Guide clients through one of their most meaningful home improvement decisions

Help monitor customer satisfaction post-sale (bonus available!)

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)

2+ years in consultative or solution-based sales

Excellent communication and empathy – you enjoy helping clients make confident decisions

Self-motivated and accountable, but also team-oriented

Background in building/design is a plus, but not required (training provided)

What's On Offer:

💰 Base Salary + Commission + Bonus – On-target earnings of $120,000–$160,000+
