What You'll Be Doing
Phase 1 – Set & Close leads (0–3 months) | $100K+ OTE
Build your own client portfolio
Book and close from warm leads
Earn full sales cycle bonuses
Phase 2 – Sales & Manage clients (3–6 months) | $120K+ OTE
Shadow client management meetings and strategy sessions
Start taking ownership of onboarding and managing new clients
Receive fixed bonuses for each retained client
Phase 3 – Lead the Growth (6+ months) | Base Increase+ $150K+ OTE
Manage a $100K–$200K/month client portfolio
Retain, upsell, and support high-value clients
Transition to a revenue based commission model with long term upside
Progression speed depends entirely on your performance and KPIs.
What Success Looks Like
You consistently book and convert qualified leads
Your clients stay, grow, and refer others
You're on track to own a $150K+/month client portfolio
You grow into a full CSM role with strategic oversight
You become the "go-to" person for your clients' growth
You'll Fit Right In If You…
Have 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (bonus: professional services or consulting)
B2B sales experience from any industry will be considered for this position
Know how to follow a proven system and execute it with 100% consistency
Want to move beyond transactional sales and build something long term
Thrive in fast paced, performance driven environments
Communicate with confidence, clarity, and empathy
Are coachable, competitive, and hungry to prove yourself
Take ownership of results and don't need babysitting
