We’re looking for motivated and client-focused Sales Consultants to join our Sydney boutique team. If you love building connections, guiding clients through important jewellery decisions, and want to grow your career in luxury sales, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve individual sales targets. ✨

Guide clients through appointments, educating them on diamonds, gemstones, and our collections. 💍

Use CRM, POS, and digital tools to manage client information, communication, and sales orders.

Support showroom operations – merchandising, setup/packdown, and maintaining a professional, premium environment.

Collaborate with your team to achieve boutique and company-wide goals.

What We’re Looking For

Strong sales and client relationship skills.

Confidence in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

A consultative and professional approach to client service.

Availability for late-night Thursday trading and weekend shifts.

Previous retail or jewellery sales experience highly regarded (but not essential for juniors).

Competitive salary + super:

Junior Consultant: $64,000–$69,000

Mid-Level Consultant: $70,000–$75,000

Senior Consultant: $76,000–$90,000

Average annual commissions: + $6,000

Paid training days + $500 training grant per year
