Clinical Applications Officer

The Clinical Applications Officer will be a valued member of Health Information Services to undertake systems integrity of the digital medical record (DMR) (BOSSnet) and support the implementation and development of clinical modules and applications within the AWH digital medical record. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Identify, prioritise, develop and implement DMR/EMR integration initiatives across AWH
  • Maintenance of the database structure and associated ancillary tools to maintain its integrity
  • Develop and maintain nodes in DMR structure administration to facilitate the introductions of new outpatient clinics or community services
  • Training and support of users - develop/maintain educational resources
  • HelpDesk duties during business hours which may include phone, emails and face to face support, including log-in issues and time critical password resets
  • Experience with CSS/HTML5/JavaScript to create eForms would be advantageous, however this is not essential
